Building Business Continuity with a Hybrid Workplace

According to a recent McKinsey survey of 100 executives across industries and geographies, nine out of ten organisations will be combining remote and on-site working in the post-pandemic future. The survey confirms that productivity and customer satisfaction have increased during the pandemic.

However, despite the embrace of a hybrid model, most organizations have only begun to think through and articulate the specifics of how to work it out. One of the primary requirements to prepare to embrace and benefit from the new workplace dynamic is investing in a technology stack that solves for remote collaboration and workflow.

In the last edition of #SimpleXConnect on June 24, 2021, we discussed how the hybrid work model is no longer a theory, but a strategic move, with our panel of experts including

  • Collins Daniel: Head – Workplace Technology, Larsen & Toubro Infotech
  • Jason Kemsley: Technical Director, Uptime Solutions
  • Mark Lyddon: Director & Infrastructure Regional Lead, Turner & Townsend
  • Moderator: Paul Davies, Non-Executive Director, Simplex Services

You can watch the recorded session here.

#SimpleXConnect is an initiative to bring the best minds in the industry together to understand about the challenges, solutions, and innovations leading up to the next level of technology. We started the initiative with an in-person event in London in March, 2019 to create a platform to meet, connect and brainstorm with people who are instrumental in the future of technology innovation.
