Eight years, and a new normal

 Simplex Services turns eight today!

At Simplex, we are committed to shape the future of IT and are constantly looking at ways to propel increased adoption of technology for benefiting businesses. Over the years, we’ve stood by our customer-first philosophy while adding demonstrated value aligned with their business goals. Our associates think and deliver from an end-user perspective rather than purely a technology play.

This week, we also kicked off our return-to-work programme.

For the past two years, we have been serving our customers in virtual mode, and now, like many other businesses across the UK, we’re geared for the new normal getting started with a hybrid work model and following all safety protocols. At our customer locations, our associates too will follow the stated guidelines.

Meanwhile, we didn’t just sail the pandemic… we aced it. In 2020, Simplex Services was named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) G-Cloud 12 framework, for its cloud hosting, cloud software and cloud support services. In 2021, we were also elevated to the Gold level as a Microsoft Partner and won ‘Player of the Year’ award at the annual Vuzion Cloud Awards.

Through the eight years, we’ve also made an effort to not limit ourselves as a consulting and solutioning partner but also establish our thought leadership in the domain.

A few years ago, we launched our #SimpleXConnect initiative to bring the best minds in the industry together to understand the challenges, solutions, and innovations leading up to the next level of technology. When the pandemic made in-person events untenable, we transformed it to an online series, connecting and brainstorming with people who are instrumental in the future of technology innovation.

We also publish a newsletter – Keeping it SimpleX – to keep our insiders abreast about the latest in the world of technology and our interpretation of the same, as well as what’s new in our go-to-market offerings. Here’s the latest edition (do subscribe!).

We believe that technology will never stop evolving, it’s the nature of the beast. So, expert advice is vital to tailor a strategy that is most suited for your unique business needs. Therefore, we introduced a free, non-obligatory advisory for assessing your organisation’s IT Health, wherein our experts discuss and analyse your IT environment and highlight improvements. Book a complimentary appointment here.

Of course, before ending this post, we would like to thank everyone—our associates, our partners, our customers, and anyone that we’ve crossed path with on this journey—for their support, trust and faith in our abilities and making us better than yesterday. You can check out our service portfolio or read more about what we do.

Thank you, and cheers!
